Failure to Accept Annual Minimum. On-Grid Quantity Starting from the Commercial Operation Date of the Power Plant, if Party A fails to accept the Annual Minimum On-Grid Quantity, in addition to paying the electricity fees for the Actual On-Grid Quantity in accordance with the On-grid Tariff, Party A shall also pay a compensation fee for the difference between the Annual Minimum On-Grid Quantity and the Actual On-Grid Quantity.
