Faculty Self-Evaluation Clause Samples

Faculty Self-Evaluation. The faculty at his/her option may complete a self- evaluation and submit it to the supervisor in conjunction with the preparation of the evaluation by supervisor as delineated in Instructional and/or Non-Instructional Evaluation areas. The faculty member shall notify the supervisor, in writing, of intent to do a self-evaluation during the first four weeks of the evaluation semester.
