All certifications, certificates and Opinions of Counsel required to be submitted to the Warrant Registrar pursuant to this Section 3.5 to effect a registration of transfer or exchange may be submitted by facsimile with the original to follow immediately thereafter. The Warrant Registrar shall not be responsible for confirming the truth or accuracy of representations made in any such certifications or certificates. As to any Opinions of Counsel delivered pursuant to this Section 3.5, the Warrant Registrar may rely upon, and be fully protected in relying upon, such opinions.
