Facsimile Submissions to Warrant Agent. All certifications, certificates and Opinions of Counsel required to be submitted to the Warrant Registrar pursuant to this Section 3.5 to effect a registration of transfer or exchange may be submitted by facsimile. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, as to any certificates and/or certifications delivered to the Warrant Registrar pursuant to this Section 3.5, the Warrant Registrar's duties shall be limited to confirming that any such certifications and certificates delivered to it are in the form of Exhibits B and C attached hereto.
