Facsimile; Counterparts. The parties agree that signature by facsimile shall hereby be deemed an original signature, and fully binding upon the parties hereto. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
