Common use of Facility Clause in Contracts

Facility. On the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth and without recourse to the Seller (except to the extent specifically provided herein), the Seller shall sell to the Purchaser all Receivables acquired by it from time to time and the Purchaser will purchase from the Seller all such Receivables of the Seller from time to time, in each case during the period from the date hereof to the Facility Termination Date.

Facility. On the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth and without recourse to the Seller (except to the extent specifically provided herein), the Seller shall will at its option either sell or contribute to the Purchaser all Receivables acquired originated by it from time to time and the Purchaser will (as determined by the Purchaser) purchase or accept as a contribution from the Seller all such Receivables of the Seller from time to time, in each case during the period from the date hereof to the Facility Termination Date.
