Facility Tours. Microsoft acknowledges that customers and potential customers of StarTek may tour the Facility. Microsoft agrees that any casual viewing during such a tour of Products that Microsoft has already commercially released does not violate Section 9(a) above. * In the event that Microsoft reasonably believes that additional security measures are necessary, Microsoft will notify StarTek, and the parties will implement additional mutually agreeable security procedures for so long as necessary.

Facility Tours. Licensee, if applicable to Premises, hereby agrees to allow Licensor access to the Premises to conduct Facility Tours of the facility at least once every hour during normal business hours of the Term. Licensor will make every effort to avoid or minimize any disruption to Licensee’s Event.

Facility Tours. During programming, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will identify up to three (3) recently completed facilities that contain similar programmatic requirements to tour with, or by, the Client team. During each tour, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will photo document the project to identify aspects related to the proposed project that may inform decisions related to the operational needs and program of the project. All tours are estimated to occur over the course of one to two (1-2) day(s) total, depending on the geographic location of the facilities.

Facility Tours. Tours will be dependent on hosts allowing our group to physically visit their facility. E xisting City Facilities: Tour existing City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ public works facility. Observe current culture, workflow, challenges, unique work types, etc. Confirm functional areas to be addressed in the programming process. O ther Facilities: Tour recently completed facilities of other cities and counties with the Core Team and Program Team, to observe and learn how similar agencies have addressed and solved operational facility needs, functional workflow, and building systems and materials.

Facility Tours. Fabrinet will permit, upon Avanex’s written authorization, Avanex, its Affiliates, and their respective Customers and prospective Customers, to tour the Facility and the operations related to the production of Products, including inspection of all areas used for the manufacture, storage and handling of components, and in the processing, manufacturing, and storage of the Products, for the purposes of monitoring and assuring compliance with manufacturing and quality standards. Avanex and its Affiliates and their respective Customers shall also be permitted to review quality reports and statistical process controls related to the manufacturing of Products.

StarTek Pacific agrees that any casual viewing during such a tour of Products that StarTek Pacific has already commercially released does not violate Section 8(a) above. *.
