Facility Safety. A. Construction and Remodeling When construction, maintenance, or remodeling is scheduled within a facility, the Employer shall ensure that proper safeguards are maintained to prevent injury to bargaining employees. The Employer will follow all applicable OSHA laws, rules, and regulations. These laws, rules, and regulations will also be used when chemicals or pesticides potentially harmful to an employee’s health are to be used in or removed from its facilities.

Facility Safety. All Fire Department facilities shall comply with all legally-applicable health, safety, building and fire code requirements.

Violations must be reported to the Federal awarding agency and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Pursuant to the Federal Rule above, Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387) and will remain in compliance during the term of the Contract.

  • Facility Requirements 1. Maintain wheelchair accessibility to program activities according to governing law, including the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), as applicable.

  • Facility Security Contractor shall keep all doors locked while working in any buildings on the site. Keys shall not be left in the doors. Contractor shall not admit any person into the building that is not a direct employee of the Contractor and not actively engaged in performance of the Work. Contractor shall restrict access to the areas of the facility not specifically included in this Contract for construction services. The Contractor shall check all windows and doors for proper closure and locking, extinguish all lights except master security lighting, and then reactivate the security system (if applicable) prior to leaving the facility.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH By submission of a bid in response to this solicitation, the Bidder certifies that all material, equipment, etc., contained in their bid meets all OSHA requirements. Bidder further certifies that if they are the awarded Contractor, and the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirements in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc., into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements Contractor shall comply with the Food Service Waste Reduction Ordinance, as set forth in San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 16, including but not limited to the remedies for noncompliance provided therein.
