Facility Operator. Party whose Premises are accessed for the purpose of effecting an interchange between signatories to this Agreement. [Revised 02/24/06]
Facility Operator. The Members agree that the SBWMA shall have sole authority to operate or contract for the operation of the Facilities, and have sole authority to direct the delivery of all or a portion of each Member’s Solid Waste, Recyclable Material, and Plant Material to the Facilities, except as provided in Exhibit D hereto. No Member shall take any action in any manner, inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Facility Operator. The entity retained or employed by BAHA and charged with the day to day operation, management, maintenance and upkeep of the Agency Space.
Facility Operator. 1 Shall have the same qualifications and duties as a Facility Operator 2 and, in addition, shall have the ability to direct and perform all phases of arena, pool, and community centre operations and maintenance programs; shall hold a Class "B" Refrigeration Operator's Certificate or equivalent; and shall have successfully completed an approved pool operators course. Progression from Facility Operator 2 to 1 shall be subject to acquisition of all the required qualifications of Facility Operator 1, at least 18 months' full-time service as a Facility Operator 2 with the Corporation, and satisfactory performance in all areas.
Facility Operator. Except as provided herein, Operator is granted the right to operate and maintain, on behalf of the City, the City controlled, permitted use of Stockton Municipal Family Camp at Silver Lake and related improvements (“Facility”) located in the El Dorado National Forest permit area ( the “permit area”: Sec. 17, T.9N., R.17E., MT DIABLO MERIDIAN) in Amador County for which the City holds a Special Use Permit (“Special Use Permit”) with the US Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (“Forest Service”).
Facility Operator. (a) (Facility Operator): The State will procure that the Facility Operator exercises the power, duties and functions of the Facility Operator as stated in this Agreement or any other State Project Document and any other power, duty or function delegated in writing by the State to the Facility Operator and notified to Project Co.
Facility Operator. (f) Providing a mortgagor estoppel regarding any information provided by Borrower or Borrower Principals in connection with the Loan, including the information specified in this Section.
Facility Operator. MFBM will perform the Services. However, MFBM may appoint a Facility Operator deemed appropriate by MFBM to perform all or part of the Services.
