Common use of Facility Maturity Clause in Contracts

Facility Maturity. The Line of Credit Facility will mature on December 31, 1999 (as may be extended from time to time in Lender's sole and absolute discretion, "Line of Credit Maturity Date").

Facility Maturity. The Line of Credit Facility will mature on December October 31, 1999 2003 (as may be extended from time to time in Lender's Lenders' sole and absolute discretiondiscretion or as may be earlier terminated pursuant to the terms hereof, "Line of Credit Maturity Date").
