Facility Clearance. The offeror shall possess a SECRET Facility Clearance as accredited by the Defense Security Service (DSS) at the time of proposal submission. If the offeror does not have a current Facility Clearance at the time of proposal submission they are considered non-compliant and will not be further considered for award.
