Facility Assessment Setup. ‌ Scope of Services‌ 1. Based on the assets and hierarchy provided by the Mooresville, HDR will determine specific critical assets and processes to be evaluated in a rapid condition assessment of Mooresville’s treatment facilities. Critical assets and processes will be presented to Mooresville to gain consensus on the assets to be assessed prior to field work being performed. 2. Based on defined asset classes, HDR will develop specific questions to be used to assess equipment condition. Condition questions will be assigned a user adjustable weight that is appropriate for the asset class. 3. HDR will develop asset class focused maintenance, safety, code compliance, and security related rating criteria to evaluate individual equipment maintenance and safety conditions (separate from condition questions). Facilitate one meeting to review all criteria question recommendations. 4. HDR will load asset class rating criteria into ESRI’s Survey123 to be used during the on- site assessment activities.
