For the purpose of the Contract the following areas and facilities at the Buyer's premises will be provided free for use by the Supplier Staff: Toilets Cooking Facilities Heating Lighting First Aid Telephone (use is restricted to internal calls or to Supplier's headquarters or local office or to emergency services)

Facilities Provided. 4.1 For the purpose of the Contract Supplier the following areas and facilities at the Buyer's Buyers premises will be provided free for use by the Supplier Staffand its employees and sub- contractor: Toilets Cooking Facilities Heating Lighting First Aid Telephone (use is restricted to internal calls or to SupplierContractor's headquarters Headquarters or local office or to emergency services) 4.2 The Supplier shall be responsible for ensuring that proper use and reasonable care is taken by its employees and sub-contractors of facilities provided.
