Common use of Facilities Fee Clause in Contracts

Facilities Fee. DGBI shall provide the office facilities set forth in Section 2.3 of this Agreement as detailed in Attachment One in consideration for payment of a Facilities Fee in the amount of $24,787. The Facilities Fee shall be invoiced with the Monthly Service Fee, and shall be payable by Client concurrently therewith.
