Common use of Facilities Fee Clause in Contracts

Facilities Fee. Tenant shall pay to Landlord a Facilities Fee in the amount set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Exhibit C. The Facilities Fee represents an amount agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant as an appropriate sum for the use by Tenant of the utility systems provided by Landlord in the Shopping Center.
