Facilities Construction. Any improvements or transportation facilities, including sawmills, buildings, bridges, roads, etc., constructed by the PURCHASER in connection with this sale and within the sale area or on other State land leased for the purpose, must be done in accordance with standard or special plans approved by the STATE. Bonding may be required on each improvement. The STATE neither expressly nor implicitly warrants its improvement estimates. Estimates will be made for the sole purpose of establishing the minimum bid, and are not to be used for other purposes.
Facilities Construction. The Facilities shall be constructed by the Landowner in accordance with the plans and specifications for the development as contained in the attached site plan. The estimated cost of the design and construction of the Facilities is also identified in the Perricone Interim Agreement Extension Letter. The Owner shall provide for the design, engineering, and construction of the Facilities at its sole cost and expense as provided hereinafter.
