Facilities Access. COMPANY shall take reasonable security measures, at least as great as the precautions it takes to protect its own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care, to keep confidential the Confidential Information of EI. COMPANY shall restrict access to the Facilities as reasonably necessary to ensure the security of EI's Confidential Information.
