Facilities Access. DISTRICT makes no representations regarding the continuation of the availability of any facilities or services at the Port of Palm Beach District, or any specific route for access to the Premises; provided however, that access to the Premises shall be permitted to Lessee over such routes as the DISTRICT shall determine from time to time.
