Common use of Facilitation Fee Clause in Contracts

Facilitation Fee. The Client acknowledges that in consideration of the Translin Service, the Client shall pay to Translin a fee (the “Facilitation Fee”) calculated at rates determined by Translin from time to time as published on the Site.
