Facilitation Fee. SPD shall have to pay non refundable facilitation fee of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lakhs only) for 50 MW BLOCK calculated at Rs. 1,00,000/- per MW along with applicable GST etc to SPPD on or before entering into this agreement.
