Face brick shall be of modular size and of smooth texture meeting ASTM C216, Grade SW, Type FBX. The colors and design shall be approved by the Lessee. If pre-engineered metal framing is used, structural supports are to be enclosed within the exterior walls. Construction, mortar, joint reinforcement, and anchor and tie systems shall be in accordance with the Brick Institute of America and the Masonry Institute of Michigan standards and recommendations.
