Fabrics Sample Clauses
The 'Fabrics' clause defines the types, quality, and specifications of fabrics to be used in the production of goods under the contract. Fabrics. Rainier does not warrant the fabrics, used for such screens. Rather, all fabrics are warranted by the manufacturer and not directly by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Rainier will supply copies of such warranties upon request. Notwithstanding that Rainier does not directly warrant the fabric, Rainier will replace any such fabric itself during the first year after original purchase.

Fabrics. 15.1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ cannot agree that fabrics supplied will match exactly to the sample from which it is ordered. If exact match is required, please supply sample with order, otherwise no returns will be accepted.
15.2 All fabrics are liable to shrinkage and sufficient allowance should be made.
15.3 The Customer agrees to check before cutting that the correct fabric colour and meterage has been supplied. No claims will be accepted after fabric has been cut.
