Fabric wrinkle resistant, soil release, 100% cotton, poplin weave, weight at least 4.25 oz. per square yard. Two percent shrinkage, maximum in each direction. If shrinkage is more than two percent, a replacement article of clothing must be provided at no charge to the County.
Fabric. Shall provide a full line of durable, easy to clean fabrics, with multiple color choices.
Fabric a. Chain link fabric shall be hot-dip galvanized, non-climbable 1-inch square standard 9 gauge fabric with knuckled selvages at the top and bottom hems. b. Fabric shall be stretched taut, fastened to the outside fence framework, and shall be continuous between end and pull posts. Weave fabric sections together at splice locations. c. Fabric shall be fastened to top rail with fabric ties, every 7 diamonds.
Fabric. Leave approximately 2 inches between finish grade and bottom selvage. Pull fabric taut and tie to posts, rails, and tension wires. Install fabric on security side of fence, and anchor to framework so that fabric remains in tension after pulling force is released.
Fabric. Cushion fabric should be cleaned regularly to curtail the build-up of dirt, mold, and mildew. This will not allow dirt mold and mildew to accumulate and become embedded in the fabric. Brush off any dirt and clean with a solution of water and a MILD soap like ▇▇▇▇ dish detergent. Rinse thoroughly to remove the soap. Cushion fabric is heat sensitive. During washing and cleaning DO NOT SUBJECT THE MATERIAL TO EXCESSIVE HEAT as it will shrink. DO NOT STEAM PRESS OR DRY IN ELECTRIC OR GAS DRYERS. Always allow fabric to air dry. All fabrics stored during the winter season should be cleaned, air dried and stored in a dry, well-ventilated area. (b) Years 6, 7, 8 of the warranty period then Marygrove shall provide replacement fabric at the Purchaser’s expense after applying a 50% discount from then current retail price. (c) Years 9 & 10 of the warranty period then Marygrove shall provide replacement fabric at the Purchaser’s expense after applying a 25% discount from then current retail price.
Fabric. ● Fabric products are by nature malleable, capable of some deflection and should not be expected to be appear or perform like solid materials like metal, glass or any other non-malleable material. ● Fabric products are by nature susceptible to dirt, marks and potential damage from the environment, humans, insects and animals. We recommend cleaning and maintenance of your products as required. ● Fabric products are by nature susceptible to environmental factors, including, but not limited to hot and cold temperatures, water, humidity, strong winds or other environmental factors. In most cases, the fabric will adjust to the changing conditions and is to be expected. ● Fabric products with welded or stitched joins or hems do create thicker layers at the joins and hems when rolled up. This can result in visible dimples, waffling or looser sections of the fabric where there are no joins or hems. This is expected and does not impact the functionality of the product. ● Whilst we can be of assistance, final fabric selection is the responsibility of the Customer.
Fabric. 1. Shall be fastened to line post with fabric bands at a maximum of twelve (12”) inch intervals. Fabric shall be fastened to the top rail by single wrap of #9 gauge aluminum wire. Fabric shall be fastened to the terminal, corner or gate posts by use of stretcher bars tension bands which shall be fastened to the posts by bands spaced a maximum of fifteen (15”) inches. 2. Chain link fabric shall be stretched tightly to eliminate sages and buckles, and shall be placed with top salvage barbs projecting above top rail and with bottom salvage not more than two (2”) inches above grade. 3. Completed fence installation shall be free standing and without buckles and kinks, set accurately to line, and be true, plumb rigid.
Fabric. Stance bears no responsibility for defects of any kind in upholstery materials such as shrinkage, stretching, wrinkling, puddling, color fastness or any other defect occurring as a result of normal “wear and tear” of textiles. Certain textiles have content that make them susceptible to puddling and wrinkling, which Stance cannot control. Environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and changes in weather can affect textiles and Stance bears no responsibility for defects caused as a result of these conditions. Upholstery materials applied to products manufactured by Stance are subject to the specific warranties, if any, of their manufacturers. Because every fabric specification is different and application for use must be taken into consideration, Stance shall not be held responsible in any manner for wrong specification of fabric for tailoring, wear, durability, for light fastness. • Warranty does not apply to product failure or loss resulting from: • Normal wear and tear. • Failure to apply, install or maintain products according to published Stance or manufacturer instructions and guidelines. • Abuse, misuse, neglect or accident. • Unauthorized alteration or modification of the product. • Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage. • Substitution of any unauthorized components that are integral to the performance of the product. Warranty does not cover: • Replacement parts; such are covered for 3 years not to exceed the balance of the original warranty. • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture or the presence of character marks. • Customer’s own materials including, but not limited to: solid surfaces, laminates, textiles and upholstery materials, leathers, wood and wood veneers. These materials are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranties only. • Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather. • Changes in surface finishes including colorfastness, due to aging or exposure to light. • Damage, marking, or staining due to contact with rubber or similar compounds. • Damage from sharp or foreign objects or imprinting from writing instruments. • All laminate finishes, surfaces and painted products; such are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranties. • Products purchased “as is,” used or second-hand. • Products sold by unauthorized dealers or installers. • Product modifications which are outside of standard product’s worst-case test scope.
