EYETECH. EYETECH shall have the exclusive right and option to undertake the Patent Prosecution of any EYETECH Program Patents and EYETECH Development Program Patents, keeping ARCHEMIX reasonably informed with respect to EYETECH Program Patents and any EYETECH Development Program Patents licensed to ARCHEMIX.
