Common use of Eye Care Program Clause in Contracts

Eye Care Program. 1. It is agreed that Eye Care Program shall include all employees and their eligible dependents (spouse and unmarried children under 23 years of age who live with the employee in the regular parent-child relationship). The coverage shall be $35 for regular glasses and $40 for bifocal glasses or more complex prescriptions with all other conditions for eligibility as in the current plan.
