EXTRA HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING Sample Clauses

The "Extra Heating or Air Conditioning" clause defines the terms under which additional heating or cooling services beyond standard provisions are supplied in a property. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances in which a tenant or occupant may request extra climate control, such as during off-hours or for special events, and specifies who is responsible for the associated costs. Its core function is to clarify expectations and allocate responsibility for any additional expenses, thereby preventing disputes over utility usage and charges.
