EXTRA DRIVER FEE. An extra driver fee applies for each additional driver’s licence added to the rental agreement except where The Bundle or the maui Inclusive Pack has been purchased.
EXTRA DRIVER FEE. An Extra Driver Fee shall be equal to one half of the Class A Impound Fee, regardless of the class of equipment used for the impoundment. The Extra Driver Fee may be charged when a second driver is necessary to safely impound a vehicle.
