EXTRA DRIVER FEE. An Extra Driver Fee shall be equal to one half of the Class A Impound Fee, regardless of the class of equipment used for the impoundment. The Extra Driver Fee may be charged when a second driver is necessary to safely impound a vehicle.
EXTRA DRIVER FEE. There are no fees for additional drivers. over and this has caused damage to the side and/or roof area of the Vehicle. Customers who have purchased the Additional Protection Coverage will have the cost of damage resulting from an accidental single Vehicle rollover covered, providing no breach of rental agreement.

  • Waiver Fee If the Bank, at its discretion, agrees to waive or amend any terms of this Agreement, the Borrower will, at the Bank's option, pay the Bank a fee for each waiver or amendment in an amount advised by the Bank at the time the Borrower requests the waiver or amendment. Nothing in this paragraph shall imply that the Bank is obligated to agree to any waiver or amendment requested by the Borrower. The Bank may impose additional requirements as a condition to any waiver or amendment.

  • Base Management Fee The Base Management Fee shall be calculated at an annual rate of 2.0% of the Company’s average gross assets. The Base Management Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears, and shall be calculated based on the average value of the Company’s gross assets at the end of the two most recently completed calendar quarters. All or any part of the Base Management Fee not taken as to any quarter shall be deferred without interest and may be taken in such other quarter as the Adviser shall determine. The Base Management Fee for any partial month or quarter shall be appropriately pro rated.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Eighty Cents ($7,997.80). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • Utilization Fee If the aggregate outstanding amount of (i) all Revolving Credit Advances hereunder and (ii) all "Revolving Credit Advances" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement exceeds thirty-three percent (33%) of the aggregate amount of (x) all Commitments hereunder and (y) all "Commitments" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement then in effect on such date (or, if any of the Commitments or "Commitments" have been terminated, the aggregate amount of all Commitments and "Commitments" in effect immediately prior to such termination), the Borrower will pay to the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders a utilization fee (the "Utilization Fee") at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Utilization Fee Rate in effect from time to time payable on the aggregate outstanding amount of all Revolving Credit Advances on such date, payable in arrears quarterly on the last day of each March, June, September and December, and on the Revolver Termination Date.

  • Property Management Fee For its services in managing the day-to-day operations of the Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Company shall pay to Property Manager an annual property management fee (the “Property Management Fee”) equal to 4.0% of the Gross Revenue (as hereinafter defined). The Property Management Fee shall be prorated for any partial year and shall be payable in equal monthly installments, in advance. The Property Management Fee shall be payable on the first day of each month from the Operating Account or from other funds timely provided by the Company. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the parties will prorate the Property Management Fee on a daily basis to the effective date of such expiration or termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Gross Revenue” shall mean all gross collections from the operations of the Property, including, without limitation, rental receipts, late fees, application fees, pet fees, damages, lease buy-out payments, reimbursements by Tenants for common area expenses, operating expenses and taxes and similar pass-through obligations paid by Tenants, but shall expressly exclude (i) security deposits received from Tenants and interest accrued thereon for the benefit of the Tenants until such deposits or interest are included in the taxable income of the Company; (ii) advance rents (but not lease buy-out payments) until the month in which payments are to apply as rental income; (iii) reimbursements by Tenants for work done for a particular Tenant; (iv) proceeds from the sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the Property; (v) insurance proceeds received by the Company as a result of any insured loss (except proceeds from rent insurance or the excess of insurance proceeds for repairs over the actual costs of such repairs); (vi) condemnation proceeds not attributable to rent; (vii) capital contributions made by the Company; (viii) proceeds from capital, financing and any other transactions not in the ordinary course of the operation of the Property; (ix) income derived from interest on investments or otherwise; (x) abatement of taxes, awards arising out of takings by eminent domain and discounts and dividends on insurance policies; and (xi) rental concessions not paid by third parties.

  • Transfer Fee There must be paid to the Company, in relation to the registration of any transfer, the amount, if any, determined by the directors.

  • Processing Fee Borrower shall pay Lender a processing fee of $100,000, $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which shall be paid on the date the Loan is funded.

  • Up-Front Fee The Borrowers shall pay to the Agent an up-front fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.

  • Utilization Fees (i) If on any day the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans to the Borrowers plus the L/C Obligations then outstanding exceeds the product of (A) one-half (1/2) times (B) the Revolving Loan Commitment, each Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the pro rata benefit of each Lender, a per annum fee equal to the Applicable Percentage for Utilization Fees multiplied by such Borrower’s outstanding Loans plus the L/C Obligations then outstanding (the “Utilization Fees”).

  • User Fees You shall pay all fees specified in all Order Forms hereunder. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (ii) fees are based on services purchased and not actual usage, (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iv) the number of User Subscriptions purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term stated on the Order Form. User Subscription fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, fees for User Subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the subscription term.
