External Work. Where an employee is called between the hours of 10pm and 6am Monday to Saturday, or on Sundays to solve work related issues, they will be paid for 1 hour at ordinary rates for resolving the issue by telephone. Should it not be resolved by telephone and the employee needs to attend the workplace, this payment will not be made, and instead the 3 hour "call back" will apply.
