Common use of External Use Clause in Contracts

External Use. Customer may only refer to or distribute the Services externally upon IHS ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s prior written approval. Unless permitted pursuant to the preceding sentence, Customer will not sell, lease, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise make available, or permit access to the Services or any portion thereof to any third party.
