Common use of External Use Clause in Contracts

External Use. Client may only refer to or distribute the Deliverables externally upon ▇▇▇▇▇’ prior written approval. Unless permitted pursuant to the preceding sentence, Client will not sell, lease, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise make available, or permit access to the Deliverables or any portion thereof to any third party.
