Common use of External Transfers and Available Funds Clause in Contracts

External Transfers and Available Funds. You agree to have Available Funds on deposit in the Account you have designated in amounts sufficient to pay for all External Transfers requested, as well as any other payment obligations you have to us. If External Transfers process against any uncollected deposit, uncollected balance, or otherwise insufficient Available Funds in your Account, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE ASSESSED AND CHARGED THE APPROPRIATE OVERDRAFT, UNCOLLECTED, OR RETURNED ITEM INSUFFICIENT CHARGES.
