External Requests Sample Clauses
The 'External Requests' clause defines how a party must handle requests for information or action that originate from outside the agreement, such as from regulators, courts, or third parties. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for notifying the other party when such a request is received, and may specify timelines or confidentiality requirements for responding. Its core function is to ensure both parties are informed and coordinated in responding to external demands, thereby protecting their interests and maintaining compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
