Common use of External Redress Clause in Contracts

External Redress. Nothing in the Article shall be considered to negate the right of a member to seek compensation through civil action or other legal means for any damages arising from a bona fide complaint of harassment or discrimination and sexual harassment, including but not limited to filing a Human Rights complaint.
