Extent of Liability of U.S. Domiciled Obligors; Contribution. (a) Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, each U.S. Domiciled Obligor’s liability under this Section 5.10 shall not exceed the greater of (a) all amounts for which such U.S. Domiciled Obligor is primarily liable, as described in clause (c) below, and (b) such U.S. Domiciled Obligor’s Allocable Amount.
