Common use of Extent and Duration of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrowers to the Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and the security interest granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Agent .

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrowers Borrower to the Agent Lender and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (b) the security interest granted created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Agent Lender.

The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrowers any Borrower to the Administrative Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (b) the security interest granted created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Agent Administrative Agent.

The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrowers Obligors to the Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full full, the Commitment of the Lenders to make loans and other financial accommodations has been terminated, and the security interest granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Agent Collateral Agent.

The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrowers to the Collateral Agent to secure the Liabilities and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and the security interest granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Collateral Agent .
