Common use of Extensive Damage Clause in Contracts

Extensive Damage. If the damages referred to in Section 13.1 shall be so extensive as to render the Leased Premises untenantable, but capable of being repaired in thirty (30) days, the same shall be repaired with due diligence by City subject to the limitations of Section 13.4; and, the compensation payable herein under Section 5 shall ▇▇▇▇▇ from the time of such damage or destruction until such time as the said Leased Premises is fully restored and certified by City's Building Inspectors as ready for occupancy; provided, however, that if said damage is caused by the negligent act or omission of Company, its sub-Lessee, agents or employees, said fees and charges will not ▇▇▇▇▇ and, to the extent that such damage or destruction is not covered by insurance, Company shall be responsible for reimbursing City for the costs and expenses incurred in such repair.
