Common use of Extension or Amendment of Assets Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Assets. The Servicer will not, except as otherwise permitted in Section 6.4(a), extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Assets; provided that no waiver, extension, modification or alteration otherwise permitted under Section 6.4(a) shall (i) alter the status of any Asset as a Delinquent Asset or Charged-Off Asset, (ii) in the reasonable judgment of the Administrative Agent, prevent or delay any Asset from becoming a Delinquent Asset or Charged-Off Asset, or (iii) limit and/or impair the rights of the Administrative Agent or the Secured Parties under this Agreement.
