Common use of EXTENSION OF THE SEASON Clause in Contracts

EXTENSION OF THE SEASON. Concessionaire may request to extend the Period of Operation either prior to the Saturday before Memorial Day and/or after Labor Day. All requests shall be submitted to both the Office of Leases & Concessions and the Area Superintendent, in writing, at the addresses set forth in Subparagraph 5(B) and Paragraph 49, respectively, fifteen (15) calendar days in advance of the proposed implementation. Approval of this request shall be within Department’s sole discretion. Concessionaire shall be deemed to not have permission to extend the Period of Operation without written approval from the Office of Leases & Concessions and the Area Superintendent.
