Common use of Extension of the Option Term Clause in Contracts

Extension of the Option Term. In exchange for Tenant agreeing to make the Lease Option Payments as set forth in Article 3, including any reimbursement of any late fees assessed as set forth in Articles 3 or 4, the Owner agrees to extend the Third and Separate Montalva Lease Option Agreement Option Term and termination date to December 31, 2022.
