Common use of Extension of the Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Extension of the Employment Period. The parties may extend the Employment Period of this Agreement by mutual agreement, provided that such agreement must be approved by the Company Board of Directors in writing and no extension may exceed three (3) years in length.

Extension of the Employment Period.
