Common use of Extension of Revolving Period and Stated Maturity Date Clause in Contracts

Extension of Revolving Period and Stated Maturity Date. (a) The Borrower may, by notice to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders not later than 30 days prior to the date set forth in clause (i) of the definition of Revolving Period (the “Initial Revolving Period”), request that the Lenders extend the Revolving Period to a date occurring one year from the last day of the Initial Revolving Period and the Stated Maturity Date to a date occurring five years after the last day of the Revolving Period (after giving effect to such extension). The Borrower may only make a request under this Section 2.14(a) once. If the Borrower extends the Revolving Period pursuant to this Section 2.14, the Borrower shall pay to the Lenders an extension fee equal to 0.25% of the Maximum Facility Amount in effect as of such extension date.
