Extension of Payments. If any payment under this Agreement or the Related Documents shall become due on a day which is not a Business Day, then the due date thereof shall be extended to the next following day which is a Business Day, and such extension shall be taken into account in computing the amount of any interest or fees then due and payable hereunder.
