Extension of Maintenance Period. Developer shall extend completion of the maintenance period when, in City’s reasonable opinion, improper maintenance and/or possible poor or unhealthy condition of planted material is evident at or near the conclusion of the scheduled maintenance period. Developer shall be responsible for additional maintenance of the work until all of the work is completed and acceptable.
