Common use of Extension Fees Clause in Contracts

Extension Fees. If the Borrower exercises its right to extend the Revolving Maturity Date in accordance with Section 2.14(a), the Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Revolving Lender a fee equal to 0.125% of the amount of such Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment (whether or not utilized). Such fee shall be fully earned and due and payable in full on the date the Administrative Agent receives the Revolving Extension Request pursuant to such Section.”
