Extended Eligibility Sample Clauses
Extended Eligibility. At the employee’s expense, the employee may obtain health, dental and vision coverage as provided by the carrier at a group rate after resigning or retiring from the District pursuant to federal legislation (known as COBRA).
Extended Eligibility. An eligible dependent or spouse who began the remission program prior to the death, retirement, or permanent disability of the faculty member shall have four (4) years of eligibility after the event.
Extended Eligibility. (i) Certain programs may specifically include other community organizations, where either such a program does not exist, or where it is to the benefit to the overall program to expand the league.
(ii) Where space allows, individual players from other communities may register for MCAA programs.
