Common use of Express Waiver Clause in Contracts

A waiver or consent granted by the Debenture Trustee under this Deed will be effective only if given in writing and then only in the instance and for the purpose for which it is given and the Debenture Trustee shall seek appropriate written instructions or the prior written consent of the Debenture Holders for any such waiver in accordance with the terms of this Deed.
