Common use of EXPRESS CHECKSTAND Clause in Contracts

EXPRESS CHECKSTAND. Employees will not be required to work in the Express Checkstand for longer than four (4) hours in any one (1) day except in the case of an emergency or by mutual agreement. There will be a five (5) minute leeway to complete the order of a customer and/or the transfer of a cash register to another employee.
