Export Subsidies. 1. Neither Party shall adopt or maintain any export subsidy on any good destined for the territory of the other Party in accordance with the SCM Agreement and the Agreement on Agriculture. 2. The Parties reaffirm their commitments made in the WTO Ministerial Conference Decision on Export Competition adopted in Nairobi on 19 December 2015, including the elimination of scheduled export subsidy entitlements for agricultural goods.
