EXPORT SHIPMENT. If CFMI agrees in writing upon Airline’s written request, to assist Airline to arrange for export shipment of Products, Airline shall pay CFMI for all fees and expenses including, but not limited to, those covering preparation of consular invoices, freight, storage, and Warehouse to Warehouse (including war risk) insurance, upon submission of CFMI’s invoices. In such event, CFMI will assist Airline in applying for any required export license and in preparing consular documents according to Airline’s instructions or in the absence thereof, according to its best judgment but without liability for error or incorrect declarations including, but not limited to, liability for fines or other charges.
EXPORT SHIPMENT. Airline agrees that the export shall be treated as a routed transaction pursuant to 15 CFR 748.3(b) and 15 CFR 30.3(e).

EXPORT SHIPMENT. If the Seller agrees to make export shipment, all fees and expenses, includ- ing, but not limited to, those covering preparation of consular documents, consular fees, storage, marine insurance (including war risk, if available) and other insurance, ocean freight, and Seller’s then current fees for such ser- vices shall be payable by the Buyer upon presentation of invoices therefor. Unless otherwise instructed by the Buyer, the Seller shall prepare consular documents according to its best judgment but without liability for fines or other charges due to error or incorrect declarations.
EXPORT SHIPMENT. A. In the event Buyer wishes to arrange for export shipment, Buyer shall inform Seller by so indicating on the order. In the absence of such indication, Seller shall arrange for (i) export shipment to Buyer’s country, and (ii) marine warehouse-to-warehouse insurance (including war risk, if available). Buyer shall pay Seller for all fees and expenses including, but not limited to, those covering preparation of consular documents, consular fees, ocean freight, storage, insurance, and Seller’s then current fee for such services. Notwithstanding any extension of credit to Buyer, all such charges shall be promptly reimbursed by Xxxxx in U.S. Dollars upon submission of Seller’s invoices therefor.

In such event, CFM will assist Airline in applying for any required Export License and in preparing consular documents according to. Airline's instructions or in the absence thereof, according to its best judgment but without liability for error or incorrect declarations including, but not limited to, liability for fines or other charges but excepting errors due to CFM's gross negligence. The term Export/Shipment would mean the dispatch of goods from India (shall include Union of India) by the Insured to the Insured Buyer or to their nominee in pursuance of a contract of sale, by land, sea, air or by any other means or a combination of any or all of the above and shall include those dispatches that are dispatched during the Period of Cover.
