Common use of Export Control Clause in Contracts

Export Control. A. Supplier agrees to comply with all applicable United States export control laws and regulations, specifically the requirements of the Arms Export Control Act, 22 U.S.C. 2751-2794, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 et seq.; and the Export Administration Act, 50 U.S.C. app. 2401-2420, including the Export Administration Regulations 15 C.F.R, including the requirement for obtaining any export license, if applicable.

Export Control. A. Supplier (a) SELLER agrees to comply with all applicable United States in country and U.S. export control laws and regulations, specifically including for the U.S., but not limited to, the requirements of the Arms Export Control Act, 22 U.S.C. 2751-2794, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 et seq.; and the Export Administration Act, 50 U.S.C. app. 2401-2420, including the Export Administration Regulations Regulations, 15 C.F.R, C.F.R. 730-774; including the requirement for obtaining any export licenselicense or agreement, if applicable.

Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all applicable United States U.S. export control laws and regulations, specifically the requirements of the Arms Export Control Act, 22 U.S.C. 2751-2794, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 et seq.; and the Export Administration Act, 50 U.S.C. app. 2401-2420, including the Export Administration Regulations 15 C.F.R, including the requirement for obtaining any export license, if applicable.22

Export Control. A. Supplier agrees to (a) SELLER shall comply with all applicable United States export control laws and regulations, specifically including, but not limited to, the requirements of the Arms Export Control Act, 22 U.S.C. 2751-2751- 2794, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 I20 et seq.; and , the Export Administration Act, 50 U.S.C. app. 2401-242024012420, including and the Export Administration Regulations Regulations, 15 C.F.RC.F.R. 730-774. SELLER shall obtain all required export licenses or agreements necessary to perform SELLER's Work, including the requirement for obtaining any export license, if as applicable.
